Our Proven Process for Efficient and Affordable Restoration Projects
1. Consultation
The first step in our process is to meet with you in-person to inspect the damage. We’ll determine the best course of action as well as address any questions or concerns you may have. Let’s take this opportunity to get to know each other, discuss pricing, and determine if we’re the right fit for you!
2. Online Portal
Once you’ve decided to move forward with us, we want to make sure you’re in the loop every step of the way. We’ll provide you with login credentials to our online portal where you can login to keep track of the schedule, view progress photos, and submit new requests. Have any questions or concerns during the project? Easily contact us through the portal and we’ll get back to you right away.
3. Finishing Up
As we get close to finishing up the project, we’ll meet with you once more to address any questions or concerns you may have. You’ll be able to check out the progress & improvement of your space that we recovered. At this time we’ll discuss our warranty process in the case that any issues arise after we leave.
