The floor of the shower room drains to a channel, ensuring efficient and rapid shedding of water. This thoughtful technology maintains a dry and safe bathroom environment, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics.

Luxurious Towel Warmer

Drying off is a pleasure with a pre-warmed towel from the towel warmer installed on a small partition wall. This touch of luxury adds comfort and convenience, making the bathroom experience even more enjoyable.

Natural Light and Privacy

A large window with textured glass allows natural light to flood the space while maintaining privacy. This design choice brings a sense of openness and connection to the outdoors without compromising the intimacy of the bathroom.

Architectural Design Features

An appealing architectural design feature of this bathroom is the wall that was bumped out to highlight the vanity area. This provided a beautiful space for specialty tile, drawing the eye and adding a pop of color to a room intended to be bright and light.

The double vanity is complete with ample storage and modern electrical fixtures to accommodate any electrical devices. This combination of beauty and functionality ensures the vanity meets all the demands of contemporary living.
