From start to finish I've been so impressed by the entire company. We had a washer leak from the 3rd floor and needed water remediation and restoration. Not ever having gone through something like this, I got 3 quotes and IRP was the most affordable and thorough. I could tell just by speaking to Jose that he was more professional and ethical than the 2 other companies. Jose has been great at communication, all the workers were friendly and efficient, and the work was done so quickly and properly. Grant helped with the restoration and I feel so relieved that its done correctly. I would definitely recommend this company.

We had not just one, but TWO slab leaks just recently to our small condo! Unfortunately, we have had other slab leaks in just a short amount of time! Fortunately, we contacted IRP for a second opinion as we were very unsatisfied with the work that the first contractor was doing. Jose and his team at IRP were terrific. We had no idea who to call to take care of a huge mold problem resulting from a leaky roof in a bedroom. Jose responded to my request for an estimate immediately and came to my house the next day. He was able to determine the extent of the mold/water damage and gave us a clear explanation of the process to remove the mold. Jose was always friendly, professional, and ready to answer our questions. We were very pleased with the work done in the bedroom and with IRP's work ethic. I was in an urgent need to get a company to give me an estimate on my property due to water damage from an upstairs unit. Confused and not knowing where to start since my Insurance was not being responsive I began googling. I reached out to a local business who recommended me to this company. The owner answered my call and assured me they would be able to take it from there. On the same day he had his company come out and provide me with an estimate. Something the insurance company couldn't do in 3 weeks. I am so impressed with their professionalism and urgency. Their estimate was by far the best. If you find yourself in the same situation I was in don't hesitate to call.

IRP were truly a great company to work with. We had a leak under the kitchen sink and the plumbers who were fixing it recommended IRP to help with the drying out / repair process. José was awesome - he came out straight away, and was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He was up front about the options and the pricing, and proposed a step by step approach. He came out several times to monitor the situation as we went along. He and the team were careful to protect the floors etc as they set up the equipment, and cleaned up after themselves. Overall a really positive interaction and I would 100% recommend the IRP team!

We had an electrical fire and the first company was slow and then accidentally flooded our first floor. I switched to IRP and in 4 days they did more than the other company did in a month.Also, they were all knowledgeable and professional! Pancho, Jose and their entire team were great. IRP came at the recommendation of my plumbers and did excellent work taking out and restoring both of my tiled bathroom floors that sustained water damage. I also had them do a little extra work in the bathrooms while they were here.It was really great working with everyone at IRP throughout the whole process. I had a major pipe burst on the night of December 23rd. IRP was there within an hour, even considering the late hour. Dave, Angel and Jose had the water pumped out, dehumidifiers set up, and the area sealed off so we could enjoy Christmas. The restoration team was equally amazing, with Derek, Sergio and Norberto performing amazing work restoring the walls to a condition better than original! I would definitely recommend this business for plumbing and restoration.

The last thing you want to come home to from a stay-cation is a flooded house... What was supposed to be a relaxing weekend turned into a nightmare when a kitchen sink leaked soaking my kitchen and living room. I called IRP and Dave the manager came promptly, he accessed the situation and set equipment. Colton and Jose were next on the job and showed up and showed out! They didn’t waste any time getting the job done! They were professional and friendly and talked me through every step, making the process run so smoothly. We used IRP for a bathroom remodel in our home. We consulted with 3-4 other contractors before selecting IRP, attention to detail and professionalism were the main reasons.From our first meeting with Mike and Brent we realized they were going to be the best fit for us. My wife and I had a pipe burst underneath our living room slab. After finding that the pipe belonged to our upstairs neighbors unit, we were now dealing with a flooded unit and a very uncooperative insurance adjuster. I really can't say enough about the thoughtful and comprehensive work produced by IRP. I have found that often a company and the work they produce is a direct reflection of management and that is certainly the case with IRP. Not only is Mike Bartholomew only of the most stand up and upfront professionals I have worked with, he also brings a top level of expertise and creativity to a number of different project types and associated repair solutions. Dealing with repairs can be a daunting experience but Mike was attentive and available throughout the process and the finished product exceeded expectations. Most recently we returned from church to discover a flood of the entire downstairs of our home. Years before, I had been absolutely satisfied in working with the owner of IRP, Michael Bartholomew. I called him immediately. In less than an hour, on a Suday afternoon, he had his team at my home with all of the necessary equipment to evacuate the water, and begin the restoration process. Working with my insurance company, IRP got everything back to normal. Don't take a chance with an ordinary general contractor!
